MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD WEDNESDAY - ------- NOVEMBER 7, 1990
The meeting convened at 7:35 p.m., with Chairman Corica presiding.
The invocation was given by Reverend Dorothy Kimbrell, and the
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Arnerich.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas,
Withrow, and Chairman Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Arnerich made a motion to accept the minutes of the
regular Community Improvement Commission Meeting of October 16,
1990. Commissioner Withrow seconded the motion and it was carried
by unanimous voice vote - 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
90-65 From the Finance Director requesting authorization to
disburse tax increment funds to Alameda Housing Authority.
Accepted.
Commissioner Withrow moved acceptance of the report and
recommendation. Commissioner Camicia seconded the motion which was
carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
the meeting was adjourned by Chairman Corica at 7:40 p.m.
