MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY JULY 16, 1991
The meeting convened at 7:45 p.m., with Chairman Withrow presiding.
Reverend Doug Henderson gave the invocation, and Commissioner Roth
led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth,
and Chairman Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Arnerich moved approval of the Minutes of the Regular
Community Improvement Commission Meetings held May 21, 1991, and
June 18, 1991. Commissioner Camicia seconded the motion which was
carried by the following voice vote: Ayes: Commissioners Arnerich,
Camicia, Roth, and Chairman Withrow 4. Absent: None.
Abstentions: Commissioner Lucas - 1.
AGENDA
91-84 Report and Recommendation from Community Development Director
approving a Year-end adjustment to the Fiscal Year 1990-91 Community
Improvement Commission (CIC) Budget, and an increased Fiscal Year
1990-91 loan between the City and CIC.
Commissioner Camicia moved acceptance. Commissioner Arnerich
seconded the motion which was carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
91-85 Resolution No. 91-59 "Authorizing execution of agreement
between the City of Alameda and Alameda County to form a "HOME"
Consortium." Not heard. Item pulled from Agenda.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
Chairman Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:54 p.m.
