MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY - - - - - - - - - - - - - - AUGUST 6, 1991
The meeting convened at 7:40 p.m., with Chairman Withrow presiding.
Reverend Dorothy Kimbrell gave the invocation, and the Pledge of
Allegiance was led by Commissioner Arnerich.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth,
and Chairman Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Minutes of the Regular Community Improvement Commission Meeting held
July 16, 1991. Not heard.
AGENDA
91 -86 Resolution No. 91 -54 "Authorizing the Executive Director to
prepare, present, and enter into an Agreement to Alleviate Financial
Burden with the Alameda Unified School District."
Commissioner Roth moved adoption. Commissioner Camicia seconded
the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
91 -87 Resolution No. 91 -55 "Approving Agreement between the
Community Improvement Commission and the Alameda County
Superintendent of Schools Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section
33401."
Commissioner Lucas moved adoption. Commissioner Roth seconded the
motion which was carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
91 -88 Resolution No. 91 -56 "Approving Agreement between the
Community Improvement Commission and the Peralta Community College
District Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33401."
Commissioner Roth moved adoption. Commissioner Arnerich seconded
the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
