COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY DECEMBER 17, 1991
The meeting convened at 7:40 p.m., with Chairman Withrow presiding.
Reverend Robert Keller gave the invocation, and Commissioner
Roth led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth,
and Chairman Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Lucas moved approval of the Minutes of the Regular
Community Improvement Commission Meeting held November 19, 1991.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which was carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
91 -91 Report from Community Development Director regarding Annual
Report of the Community Improvement Commission to the City Council
and the State Controller.
Commissioner Arnerich requested confirmation that the Annual Report
required on December 31st, will be ready; the Community Development
Director responded affirmatively.
Commissioner Lucas moved approval of the report. Commissioner Roth
seconded the motion which was carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
Chairman Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
