MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY - - - - - - - - - - - - - - MAY 5, 1992
The meeting convened at 7:41 p.m., with Chairman Withrow presiding.
Reverend Dorothy Kimbrell gave the invocation, and Commissioner Lucas
led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth,
and Chairman Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Lucas moved approval of the Minutes of the Regular
Community Improvement Commission Meeting held April 21, 1992.
Commissioner Roth seconded the motion which was carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further
Chairman Withrow adjourned
business to come before the Commission,
the meeting at 7:44 p.m.
