COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY NOVEMBER 17, 1992
The meeting convened at 7:27 p.m., with Chairman Withrow presiding.
Commissioner Arnerich led the Pledge of Allegiance, and Reverend Mary
Rowe gave the invocation.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth,
and Chairman Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Roth moved approval of the Minutes of the Regular
Community Improvement Commission .Meeting held October 20, 1992.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which was carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
RESOLUTION
92 -98 Resolution No. 92 -62 "Approving a Borrowing from the WECIP Low
and Moderate Income Housing Fund and a Revised Budget for FY 1992 -93
Including an Increased Loan from the City of Alameda." Adopted.
Commissioner Lucas moved adoption of the resolution. Commissioner
Arnerich seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
Chairman Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
