HELD TUESDAY MAY 18, 1993
The meeting convened at 7:34 p.m., with Chair Withrow presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Appezzato.
Reverend Doug Henderson gave the invocation.
ROLL CALL -
MINUTES
Present: Commissioners Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas,
Roth, and Chair Withrow - 5.
Absent: Absent: None.
Commissioner Roth moved approval of the Minutes of the Annual
Community Improvement Commission Meeting held May 4, 1993.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
93 -100 Report from the Secretary, Community Improvement
Commission, recommending an amendment to the CIC Bylaws deleting
Section 2 of Article III requiring Regular Meetings.
Commissioner Lucas moved acceptance of the report and
recommendation. Commissioner Roth seconded the motion which carried
by unanimous voice vote -5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
Chair Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:35 p.m.
