JULY 6, 1993
The meeting convened at 7:40 p.m., with Chair Withrow presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Roth. The Reverend
Duane Sisson gave the invocation.
ROLL CALL - Present: Commissioners Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas,
Roth and Chair Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Roth moved approval of the Minutes of the Regular
Community Improvement Commission Meeting held May 18, 1993.
Commissioner Lucas seconded the motion which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
93-101 Report from the Community Development Director Regarding
Appropriation of Funds for FY 1993-94.
Commissioner Roth moved acceptance of report and recommendation.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
93-102 Report from the Community Development Director Regarding
Inclusionary Housing Compliance Plan.
Commissioner Arnerich moved acceptance of report and
recommendation. Commissioner Roth seconded the motion.
In response to Commissioner Lucas, the Community Development
Director replied the Inclusionary Housing Compliance Plan refers
only to the percentage of units that must be affordable for new
units constructed in redevelopment areas.
The motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
93-103 Report from the Community Development Director Regarding
Creation of Infill New Construction Program and Appropriation of
Funding.
Commissioner Roth moved acceptance. Commissioner Arnerich seconded
the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Withrow adjourned the
meeting at 7:50 p.m.
