MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
MARCH 1, 1994
The meeting convened at 7:35 p.m. with Chair Withrow presiding.
Commissioner Roth lead the Pledge of Allegiance; and Reverend
Michael Furlong, Calvary Christian Center, gave the invocation.
ROLL CALL -
MINUTES
Present: Commissioners Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas,
Roth and Chair Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
Commissioner Roth moved approval of the Minutes of the Special
Community Improvement Commission Meeting held January 18, 1994.
Commissioner Lucas seconded the motion which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
94-106 Report from the Community Development Director Regarding
Adoption of a Policy Pertaining to Recovering the Cost of Amending
the Community Improvement Plan for the Business and Waterfront
Improvement Project.
Commissioner Lucas moved approval of the recommendation.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
