DECEMBER 6, 1994
The meeting convened at 7:20 p.m., with Chair Withrow presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Lucas. Reverend
Lois "Suji" Hochenauer, Home of Truth Spiritual Center, 1300 Grand
Street, Alameda, gave the invocation.
ROLL CALL -
MINUTES
Present: Commissioners Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas,
Roth and Chair Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission Meeting
held November 15, 1994.
Commissioner Lucas stated she would abstain as she was absent from
the November 15th meeting.
Commissioner Arnerich moved approval. Vice Mayor Roth seconded the
motion which carried by the following voice vote: Ayes:
Commissioners Appezzato, Arnerich, Roth and Chair Withrow - 4.
Nayes: None. Absent: None. Abstentions: Commissioner Lucas - 1.
PUBLIC HEARING
94-118 Public Hearing to consider the Community Development
Director's recommendation to adopt a Five-Year Implementation Plan.
Chair Withrow opened the public portion of the Hearing.
There being no speakers, Chair Withrow closed the public portion of
the Hearing.
Commissioner Arnerich moved the recommendation [to adopt a Five-
Year Implementation Plan]. Commissioner Lucas seconded the motion
which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:33 p.m.
