DECEMBER 20, 1994
The meeting was convened at 7:25 p.m. with Chair Withrow presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Roth. Venerable
Wilfred H. Hodgkin, Archdeacon, Episcopal Diocese of California,
gave the invocation.

Present: Commissioners Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas,
Roth and Chair Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission Meeting
held December 6, 1994. Approved.
Commissioner Arnerich moved approval. Commissioner Roth seconded
the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
94-119 Report from Community Development Director regarding
Annual Report of the Community Improvement Commission to the City
Council and the State Controller. Accepted.
Commissioner Lucas moved acceptance of the report and
recommendation [to authorize transmittal of the report to Council].
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Withrow adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m.
