4. Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session:
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced that Council discussed initiation of
litigation on three (3) cases and authorized litigation on one (1)
case.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
