CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of Litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section
54956.9.

4. Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session:
Following Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened and
Chair Appezzato announced Council gave instruction to the City
Attorney regarding initiation of litigation.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
