None.
Vice Chair DeWitt moved approval of the Special Community
Improvement Commission Meeting held on February 4, 1997 Minutes.
Commissioner Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
REGULAR AGENDA
(97-07) Resolution No. 97-67 "Approving Agreement with the
Alameda Public Financing Authority Relating to Administration of
Improvement Bonds for Marina Village Assessment District Nos. 84-3
and 89-1."
Commissioner Lucas moved adoption of the Resolution. Commissioner
Daysog seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote
-5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Commission, Chair
Appezzato adjourned the meeting at 7:37 p.m.
