Commissioner Lucas seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
(97-029) Work Session to consider State Redevelopment Law Issues
Related to Disposition and Reuse of Housing at Alameda Point and
Definition of Boundaries for the Proposed Alameda Point Improvement
Project.
Redevelopment attorney Dave Beatty of McDonough, Holland, and
Allen, Sacramento, briefed the Commission on housing requirements
related to State Redevelopment Law.
There being no further business before the Commission, Chair
Appezzato adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:10 p.m.
