SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
TUESDAY- -SEPTEMBER 16, 1997- -7:10 P.M.
Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting of the Community
Improvement Commission at 7:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL - PRESENT:
ABSENT:
Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr,
Lucas, and Chair Appezzato - 5.
None.
The Special Community Improvement Commission Meeting was adjourned
to Closed Session to consider:
(97-035) Conference with Legal Counsel - Initiation of Litigation
pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9,
Number of Cases: One; and
Conference with Real Property Negotiator,
Property: Assessor Parcel Number 074-0906-029,
Negotiating Party: Wind River Systems,
Under Negotiation: Terms of Disposition and Development
Agreement.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced that regarding the Initiation of
Litigation the Commission gave instructions to Legal Counsel; and
regarding the Conference with Real Property Negotiator instruction
was given to the Real Property Negotiator.
There being no further business before the Commission, Chair
Appezzato adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
