(98-06) Joint Work Session on Community Improvement Commission
Budget.
Following a presentation on funding in redevelopment areas from
Economic Development Manager, Bruce Knopf, Vice President of Katz
Hollis, Don Frazier, and Senior Associate of Katz Hollis, Stephanie
Lovett, the Commissioners asked questions and stated financial
concerns.
Jerry Sherman, President, Park Street Business Association, stated
there is potential for tremendous economic boost within
redevelopment areas and urged the Commission to take action as soon
as possible.

There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
meeting at 6:05 p.m.
