MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION MEETING

Chair Appezzato convened the Annual Meeting at 7:35 p.m.
Scout Troop #89 presented the Colors and led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
Father Jeffrey Keyes, St. Barnabas Church gave the Invocation.

(98-24) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
Meeting of April 7, 1998. Approved.
Commissioner Lucas moved approval of the Minutes.
Commissioner DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Lucas moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Commissioner DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
(98-25) Resolution No. 98-78, "Amending Community Improvement
Commission Bylaws by Adding Section 12 to Article II Regarding
General Counsel Duties and Amending Section 1 of Article III
Regarding the Annual Meeting." Adopted.
