Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:45 p.m.
Roll Call - Present:
Absent:
Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Lucas, and
Chair Appezzato - 4.
Commissioner Kerr - 1.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(98-39 ) Conference with Legal Counsel- Anticipated Litigation;
Initiation of Litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of
Section 54956.9; Number of Cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced that the Commission obtained a
briefing from Legal Counsel on initiation of litigation, no action
was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:25 p.m.
