The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider: (99-14) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: 2315-2319 Central Avenue; Negotiating Parties: Renaissance Rialto and City of Alameda; Under Negotiation: Request for Community Improvement Commission financial participation in a proposed project. (99-15) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: APN 074- 0906-040-01 (Mariner Square Drive); Negotiating Parties: Future Computing Solutions, Inc. (FCS), Union Pacific Railroad and City of Alameda; Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment.
