Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(99-19) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property:
Catellus Project Site including Fleet Industrial Supply
Center and East Housing; Negotiating Parties: Catellus
Development Corp; Under Negotiation: Price and terms of
payment.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced the Commission obtained a briefing
and gave instructions to the Real Property Negotiator.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 6:55 p.m.
