Acting Chair Daysog convened the Annual Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Commissioner Johnson led the Pledge of Allegiance. Elder John
Pillitiere, Alameda Chapel, gave the Invocation.

[CIC] Meeting of May 4, 1999; the Special Joint City Council and
CIC Meeting of May 12, 1999; the Special CIC Meeting (Closed
Session) of May 18, 1999; and the Special Joint City Council and
CIC Meeting (Closed Session) of May 18, 1999. Approved.
Commissioner Kerr moved approval of the Minutes.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 4. Absent: Chair Appezzato - 1.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner DeWitt moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Commissioner Kerr seconded the motion which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 4. Absent: Chair Appezzato - 1. [Items so enacted or
adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the paragraph
number.]
(*99-22) Recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to
execute a Fourth Amendment to the Contract with Economic and
Planning Systems. Accepted.
(*99-23) Resolution No. 99-82, "Approving Interim Expenditures
Prior to Adoption of Community Improvement Commission Budget for
Fiscal Year 1999-2000." Adopted.
