SPECIAL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION MEETING
TUESDAY- -AUGUST 17, 1999- -6:20 P.M.
Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:40 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(99-27) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property:
Catellus Project Site including Fleet Industrial Supply
Center and East Housing; Negotiating Parties: Catellus
Development Corp.; Under Negotiation: Price and terms of
payment.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced the Community Improvement Commission
gave instruction to real property negotiators regarding the
Catellus Project site including the Fleet Industrial Supply Center
and East Housing; no action was taken.
Adjou nment
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting 7:35 p.m.
