MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION MEETING
TUESDAY- -SEPTEMBER 7, 1999- -7:25 P.M.
Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:43 p.m.
Commissioner Johnson led the Pledge of Allegiance. Pastor Samuel
Butler, Love Fellowship Church, gave the Invocation.

MINUTES
(99-29) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
Meetings of July 6, 1999 and August 17, 1999. Approved.
Commissioner Daysog moved approval of the Minutes.
Commissioner Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Kerr moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Commissioner DeWitt seconded the motion which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an
asterisk preceding the paragraph number.]
(*99-30) Recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to
amend Consulting Contract with Economic & Planning Systems.
Accepted.
