Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
AGENDA ITEM
(99-33) Resolution No. 99-83, "Approving the Expenditure of Funds
from the Business and Waterfront Improvement Project (BWIP) Low and
Moderate Income Housing Fund in the Alameda Point Improvement Plan
(APIP) and Aggregating the Housing Units Required Pursuant to
Section 33413(b) in the BWIP and APIP." Adopted.
Commissioner DeWitt moved adoption of the Resolution.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by the
following voice vote: Ayes: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson
and Chair Appezzato - 4. Noes: Commissioner Kerr - 1.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 6:34 p.m.
