TUESDAY- -FEBRUARY 15, 2000- -6:50 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call -
Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt,
Johnson, Kerr and Mayor/Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned the Special Joint Meeting to Closed
Session to consider:
(CC 00-77), (CIC 00-02) Conference with Real Property Negotiator;
Property: Alameda Point and Fleet Industrial Supply Center;
Negotiating Parties: City of Alameda, Community Improvement Commission
and Catellus Development Corporation; Under Negotiations: Terms and
Conditions.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that the Council/Commission
obtained a briefing and gave instructions to the City's negotiators
regarding real estate issues..
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 7:35 p.m.
