MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION, AND
ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING

Mayor/Chair Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 6:50
p.m.
Roll Call -
Present: Councilmembers/Commissioner/Board Members
Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr, and Mayor/
Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Closed Session was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(CC/00-234)(CIC/00-17) Conference with Real Property Negotiator;
Property: Alameda Point and Fleet Industrial Supply Center;
Negotiating Parties: Catellus Development Corporation and U.S.
Navy; Under Negotiations: Price, Terms and Conveyance.
(CC/00-235)(CIC/00-18) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing
Litigation; Name of Case: Renewed Hope Housing Advocates and ARC
Ecology v. City of Alameda and Community Improvement Commission.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that regarding
Conference with Real Property Negotiator, the Council/Commission/
Authority obtained a briefing and gave instructions to Real
Property Negotiators; regarding Existing Litigation, the
Council/Commission/Authority obtained a briefing from the City
Attorney/Legal Counsel on the litigation and gave instructions
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Joint Meeting at 7:25 p.m.
