Mayor/Chair Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:25
p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog,
DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and Mayor Appezzato

Absent: None.
The Special Joint Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to
consider:
(CC/00-397)(CTC/00-33) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing
Litigation; Name of Case: Renewed Hope Housing Advocates and ARC
Ecology v. City of Alameda and Community Improvement Commission.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that no action was
taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Joint Meeting at 7:50 p.m.
