convened the Special Joint Meeting at 6:40

None.
The Special Joint Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to
consider:
(CC/00-454)(CIC/00-38) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing
Litigation; Name of Case: Renewed Hope Housing Advocates and Arc
Ecology v. City of Alameda and Alameda Community Improvement
Commission.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that the
Council/Commission obtained a briefing and gave instructions to the
City Attorney/Legal Counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Joint Meeting at 7:40 p.m.
