Mayor/Chair Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:18
p.m.
Roll Call -
Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners/Board
Members Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr
and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned the Special Joint Meeting to
Closed Session to consider:
(CC 00-575) (CIC 00-50) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing
Litigation; Name of Case: Renewed Hope Housing Advocates and ARC
Ecology v. City of Alameda, Community Improvement Commission, and
Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that instructions
were given to the City Attorney/Legal Counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business, the Special Joint Meeting was
adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
