Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 8:00 p.m.
Commissioner DeWitt led the Pledge of Allegiance. Elder John
Pillitiere, Alameda Chapel gave the invocation.

MINUTES
(00-58) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
Meeting of December 5, 2000. Approved.
Commissioner Johnson moved approval of the Minutes.
Commissioner Daysog seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
AGENDA ITEM
(00-59) Recommendation to approve modification of Agreement with
Northbay Ecumenical Homes and First Republic Bank for the Community
Assisted/Shared Appreciation (CASA) Homeownership Program,
extending the term of the Agreement.
Commissioner Daysog moved approval of the staff recommendation.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
