TUESDAY- -MAY 15, 2001- -6:30 P.M.
Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:40 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(01-14) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section
54956.9; Number of potential cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced the Community Improvement Commission
gave direction to Legal Counsel and Real Property Negotiators, and
litigation was not authorized at this time.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:10 p.m.
