MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION MEETING
TUESDAY- -NOVEMBER 13, 2001- -5:40 P.M.
Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:45 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
Chair Appezzato - 4.
Absent: Commissioner Daysog - 1.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(01-31) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: Fleet
Industrial Supply Center and East Housing; Negotiating Parties:
Community Improvement Commission and Catellus Development
Corporation; Under Negotiation: Price and terms.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced that the Commission gave instruction
to real property negotiators.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
