Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:20 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Closed Session was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(01-32) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9; Number of potential cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced that the Commission obtained a
briefing from staff and General Counsel; no action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
