Absent: Commissioner Kerr - 1. [Representing the
City at the League of California Cities
Annual Conference in Sacramento.]
MINUTES
(01-033) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
Meetings of October 16, 2001, November 13, 2001, and November 20,
2001. Approved.
Commissioner Johnson moved approval of the minutes.
Vice Mayor DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 4. [Absent: Commissioner Kerr - 1.]
AGENDA ITEMS
(01-034) Recommendation to accept Community Improvement Commission
(CIC) Audit and authorize transmittal of the CIC Annual Report to
the State Controller's Office and the City Council.
Commissioner Daysog moved approval of the staff recommendation.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 4. [Absent: Commissioner Kerr - 1.]

Chair Appezzato called a recess at 7:29 p.m. and reconvened the
Special Meeting at 7:55 p.m.

(01-035) Resolution No. 01-99, "Authorizing the Executive Director
Special Meeting
Community Improvement Commission
December 18, 2001
to Amend the Disposition and Development Agreement with the
Catellus Development Corporation for the Sale and Development of
Certain Real Property at the Fleet Industrial Supply Center and the
East Housing Portion of the Naval Air Station and Approving an
Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Catellus
Mixed Use Development Project." Adopted.
Commissioner Johnson moved adoption of the Resolution.
Vice Mayor DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 4. (Absent: Commissioner Kerr - 1.]
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:56 p.m.
