TUESDAY- -FEBRUARY 5, 2002- -6:40 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:25
p.m.
Roll Call - Present:
Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog,
DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and Mayor/Chair
Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(CC 02-053/CIC 02-004) Conference with Legal Counsel
Anticipated Litigation; Initiation of litigation pursuant to
subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that the Council/
Commission discussed initiation of litigation, obtained a briefing,
and gave instructions to the City Attorney/Legal Counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Joint Meeting at 7:40 p.m.
