Resolution 14973CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 14973 AMENDING THE CITY OF ALAMEDA MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (MCEA) SALARY SCHEDULE BY REVISING THE SALARY RANGE FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER AND APPROVING A WORKFORCE CHANGE IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT TO ADD ONE SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST POSITION BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the salary resolution of the City of Alameda Management and Confidential Employees Association (MCEA) is hereby amended by revising the salary rates, salary range, and salary steps for the classification of Human Resources Manager, designating these as applicable to this classification in the service of the City of Alameda.
