APPROVING FINAL MAP AND ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FOR
TRACT 8132 (ALAMEDA LANDING RESIDENTIAL)
WHEREAS, on May 13, 2013, by Resolution No. PB-13-07 the Planning Board of
the City of Alameda ("City") held a public hearing and unanimously approved a resolution
recommending that the City Council approve a nine lot subdivision (PLN 13-0061), located
at 2700 Fifth Street; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14834, the City Council approved Tentative
Map Tract 8132 for a nine lot subdivision on June 18, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the tract infrastructure is all private and includes sanitary sewer and
storm drain lines, sidewalk, curb, gutter, street pavement, and landscaping. The
Homeowners Association will maintain the private infrastructure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda
that the Final Map of Tract 8132 be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements offered for dedication to the
public have been accepted on behalf of the public for use in conformity with the terms of
the offers of dedication.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular
meeting assembled on the 18th day of November, 2014, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Chen, Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
