Nanette, sound fine to me. Please be sure to send e-mail notification that regular ARRA meeting being
canceled for lack of business items, with anticipated 8/15/00 special meeting to consider staff
recommendation and advisory commissions input on AP Master Developer process (mention at my
express direction, to comply with Council /staff contact policy) to Mayor /Council, with copies to City
Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, APAC, etc. Thanks.

Dave,
If we have to have a special ARRA meeting to deal with the master developer issue, and I think we do
because we cannot get a quorum of APAC, I suggest we cancel the regular meeting of ARRA and
reschedule it to the 15th. Reaction ??
Also, it appears scheduling a time for me, you, Duke and Jim is getting complicated, so this may actually
facilitate getting that meeting together.
