presiding.
Tho roll was called and Councilmen L11' n, 11,7jors, Morris, Snith and.
Stewart were noted present. Councilmen Probst and Roth arrived later and
were noted present. Absent:Councilmen Hammond and Walker.
The clerk read the call of the meeting as issued by Layor Bartlett
and the affidavit of service. Ordered filed.
Hr. Stewart introduced a'Bill entitled
"A BILL
For Ordinance No. TJew Series.
Regulating the Filling and Dredging upon Land
ithin the 01;67 of Alameda, and providing for
the Grnting or Refusing of a Permit for such .
which was laid over under a provision of the Charter.
2. ,// A communication was received from Vim. Hammond, Jr. Mr. Stewart
moved that :Lt be retarioc1 ±0 the writer, seconded by Mr. Majors and
carried.
There being no: further business to transact the Council adjourned
to meet in regular session Tuesday evening, March 20th 1917, at 8 O'clock.
