HELD TUESDAY AUGUST 25, 1981
The meeting convened at 5:00 p.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 4.
Absent: Councilman Diament - 1.
81-554 The purpose of the Special Meeting was an Executive Session for discussion of
personnel and litigation matters.
Councilman Sherratt made a motion, seconded by Councilman Stone, that the Council
adjourn to an Executive Session for discussion of personnel and litigation mutters;
the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 4.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined that no action would be taken at
this time.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m,
