HELD MONDAY DECEMBER 21, 1981
The meeting convened at 8:30 a.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 4.
Absent: Councilman Gorman - 1.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was for an Executive Session for discussion of
personnel and litigation matters and action, thereon, if desired.
At the conclusion of discussion in Executive Session, President Corica ordered the
meeting convened to open session.
RESOLUTIONS
81-783 Resolution No. 9657 "Approving Memorandum of understanding between the
International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 689, and the City of Alameda."
Councilman Sherratt made a motion, seconded by Councilman Diament, that the resolution
be adopted; the motion carried by the following roll call vote: Ayes: COUnCilm�n
Diament, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 4. Noes: NUne, Absent: Councilman
Gorman - 1.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council dd'OUrOed
at 9:10 a.m.
