AND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION MEETING
TUESDAY- -APRIL 16, 2002- -6:45 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:05 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog,
DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and Mayor/Chair
Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(CC 02-157)(CIC 02-010) Conference with Legal Counsel –
Anticipated Litigation; Initiation of litigation pursuant to
subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9; Number of potential cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that
the Council/Commission obtained a briefing and gave direction to
the City Attorney/General Counsel and staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
