Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:32 p.m.
Commissioner DeWitt led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato – 5.
Absent: None
MINUTES
(02-021) Minutes of the Annual Community Improvement Commission
Meeting of June 18, 2002 and the Special Joint City Council,
Community Improvement Commission and Alameda Reuse and
Redevelopment Authority Meetings of July 16, 2002. Approved.
Commissioner Kerr moved approval of the minutes.
Commissioner DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote – 5.
AGENDA ITEMS
(02-022) Resolution No. 02-101,“Accepting the Amendments to the
Preliminary Plans for the Business and Waterfront and Alameda Point
Improvement Projects.” Adopted.
Commissioner DeWitt moved adoption of the resolution.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote – 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:33 p.m.
