TUESDAY - - DECEMBER 3, 2002 - - 6:50 P.M.
Acting Chair DeWitt convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:20 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, Johnson, Kerr and
Acting Chair DeWitt – 4.
Absent: None.
The Special Joint Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to
consider:
(02-027) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property:
Alameda Point/East Housing; Negotiating parties: Community
Improvement Commission, Housing Authority, Resources for Community
Development; Under negotiation: Price and terms.
Following the Closed Session the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Acting Chair DeWitt announced that the Community
Improvement Commission and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners
gave instructions to real property negotiators.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Acting Chair DeWitt adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 7:45 p.m.
