Mayor/Chair Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:45 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog,
Kerr, Matarrese and Mayor/Chair Johnson –

Absent: Councilmember/Commissioner DeWitt – 1.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03-306CC/03-036CIC) Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing
Litigation; Name of case: IRES (California) Inc. vs. Community
Improvement Commission, City of Alameda.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor/Chair Johnson announced that the Council/Commission
obtained a briefing and gave instructions to the City Attorney/
General Counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
