Chair Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 7:20 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, Matarrese and Chair
Johnson – 3.
Absent: Commissioner Kerr – 1.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03-038) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: 2315-
2319 Central Avenue; Negotiating parties: City of Alameda and John
Cocores; Under negotiation: Price and terms.
Following the Closed Session, Chair Johnson reconvened the Special
Meeting and announced that direction was given to Real Property
negotiator.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Regular Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
