2003-11-04 CIC CS Minutes SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
TUESDAY - - - NOVEMBER 4, 2003 - - - 6:35 P.M.
Chair Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 9:15 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr,
Matarrese and Chair Johnson – 5.
Note: Commissioner Matarrese was present via
teleconference.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03-060) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: Fleet
Industrial Supply Center/East Housing; Negotiating party: Community
Improvement Commission and Catellus; Under negotiation: Price and
Terms of Payment.
Following the Closed Session the Special Meeting was reconvened and
Chair Johnson announced that the Commission obtained a briefing
from staff and gave instructions to the real property negotiator.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting 9:35 p.m.
