Mayor/Chair Johnson convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:44 p.m.
Councilmember/Commissioner Gilmore led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: Councilmember/Commissioner Kerr – 1.
AGENDA ITEM
(04-002CC) Introduction of Ordinance Approving Sale of Property
Associated with the Bridgeside Shopping Center from the City of
Alameda to the Community Improvement Commission. Introduced; and
(04-002CIC) Resolution No. 03-124, “Approving and Authorizing the
Purchase of a Parcel of Land from the City of Alameda and the
Transfer of Said Parcel Pursuant to a Disposition and Development
Agreement and Further Authorizing the Executive Director to Take
Any Actions In Connection Therewith (Bridgeside Shopping Center).”
Adopted.
Councilmember/Commissioner Matarrese moved introduction of
Ordinance and adoption of Resolution.
Councilmember/Commissioner Gilmore seconded the motion, which
carried by unanimous voice vote – 4. [Absent:
Councilmember/Commissioner Kerr - 1.]
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:46 p.m.
