CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Authority Member/Commissioner Tam moved approval of
the Consent Calendar.
Vice Mayor/Authority Member/Commissioner deHaan seconded the
motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote – 5. [Items so
enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the
paragraph number.]
(*09-233 CC/*09-21 CIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council,
ARRA and CIC Meeting and the Special Joint City Council and CIC
Meeting held on May 19, 2009. Approved.
(*09-234 CC) Recommendation to Approve an Application for Federal
Surplus Property for Public Park Purposes; Resolution No. 14340,
“Resolution of Authority to Acquire Land - Estuary Park, North
Housing Parcel, Alameda, California; and Recommendation to
Authorize the Interim City Manager to Negotiate a License Agreement
with the Navy for Use of Estuary Park.” Adopted; and
(*ARRA) Resolution No. 43, “Finding that Acquisition of the Eight-
Acre Estuary Park at the North Housing Parcel for Public Park and
Recreation Purposes is Consistent with the Naval Air Station
Alameda Community Reuse Plan and Authorize the Expenditure of Funds
to Renovate Estuary Park.” Adopted.

the resolutions.

motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote – 5.
